Carmel's background is a mix of marketing and information technology with large enterprises to micro businesses.  She has extensive experience in marketing research and information management with some of the world's largest global organisations.

Carmel has lectured in Information Management and Marketing in Australia and South East Australia and has written, coordinated and delivered for the University of Western Australia [link], one of Australia's top universities.  She has run many office productivity and research related commercial training sessions and is an accredited workplace trainer and assessor.
