Dashboards are often a single screen or page providing quick access to key information. A web based dashboard may include drill down ability for additional analysis. A dashboard can be tactical, operational or strategic. With time pressures as they are, dashboards deliver key insights in the shortest possible time. Scorecards are strategic and often based on Six Sigma or Balanced Scorecard approaches. |

Longer and more detailed than the dashboards and scorecards, presentations and reports still require a particular skill to be powerful. An understanding of visual perception helps us design better reports for you. Our PowerPoint style reports stand alone for hard copy or web dissemination or designed for personal delivery (by us or you). If regular reporting is required, Excel is often a good choice as automation is more efficient. Excel reports can be presented with an interactive interface or for dissemination in PDF format. The Excel based report can be designed to have the look and feel of your choice, including your branding. You will be surprised at what can be achieved in Excel and a further advantage is its ubiquitousness. When the full written report is required it can be written in an MS Word compatible format and delivered as a MS Word, RTF or PDF file using your style guidelines or ours. |
